Trades
Get paid to train AI with job skills
You can get paid to train AI with job skills you already use at work, like driving a truck, flying a drone or running a forklift. Robotics companies and AI labs are building machines that do this work, and those machines learn from people who know the trade. Add your trade to a free Access Pass and you can take missions in it, paid per task.
Pick your trade
Ten trades are open, from driving and aviation to food service and home trades. Each card lists the roles we're looking for, what robots learn from you and how we check your experience. There are full guides for truck drivers, pilots and warehouse workers. If your trade isn't listed, pick the closest one and describe your role in your own words.

How does training AI with your trade work?
You tell us your trade, we match you to missions that need it, and you're paid for each task that passes review. It comes down to three steps.
- 1
Add your trade to your Access Pass
The pass is free, 18+ and takes about a minute. Step 4 asks your industry, your role, your years doing it, and whether you hold a license for it. That last one is just yes or no.
- 2
Get matched when a lab posts a mission
Robotics companies and AI labs post the missions. When one needs your trade, we email trainers with the right experience. We check your license before any mission that depends on it. Missions open as labs post them, so not every trade has work at all times.
- 3
Do the task, get paid per task
You record a demo, judge robot attempts or, at higher ranks, control a robot remotely. A task pays once it passes quality review, and every mission shows its pay before you accept it. Labs see your skills and scores, not who you are.
Pay starts from $1 per task. Most tasks pay $1–$5. We don't promise income. Rates are estimates; see how pay per task works. No trade? You can still train robots with game skills. Start with the free skill tests or see how to get paid to play games.
Training AI with your trade: FAQ
Can you really get paid to train AI with job skills?
Yes, through specific missions. Robots that drive, fly, pack or cook need examples from skilled people doing the work, and labs pay for those examples per task. Most tasks pay $1–$5. We don't promise income.
Do I need coding or tech experience?
No. You don't write code. You show how the work is done, judge how well a robot copied it, or record yourself doing a task in a sim. Your trade knowledge is the skill being paid for.
Do I have to show my license to sign up?
No. Sign-up asks only whether you hold a license or certification, as a yes or no. We never ask for license numbers or ID when you sign up. We check your license before you take a mission that depends on it.
Is training AI with my trade a job?
No. It's extra money, not a job. Trainers are independent contractors, there are no minimum hours, and you choose which missions to accept.
