Who we are
Metagaming puts human skill into the robots of the future, and pays the people it comes from. We find gamers and skilled workers, rank what they're best at, and match them to robotics companies and AI labs that need that skill. We work with partners contracted by Fortune 500 companies and leading AI labs to train their robots.
Our mission
Robots learn from people
Robots are learning to drive, fly, pick, pack and build. They learn those skills the way people do: by watching someone who's good at it. The trouble is that good examples are scarce, and the people with the skill are rarely asked, let alone paid.
Metagaming changes that. Quick skill games show what you're best at, your Access Pass records it, and paid missions turn it into training data for robots. Your skill is the asset, so you get paid for it.

A robotics company or AI lab tells us the skill, the task and the quality bar it needs.

We match trainers
We pick trainers with the right proven skills, rank and setup, and show them the pay before they accept.

Trainers do the work
Trainers play, record, judge or teleop, and every task goes through quality review.
- 04
The robot learns
Work that passes review becomes training data for the lab, and the trainer is paid per task. Labs see skills and scores, not who you are.
