Real-world pro
Get paid to train AI with your real-world skills
You can get paid to train AI with the skills from your job. Robotics companies are building machines that drive, fly, farm, cook and work warehouse floors, and those machines learn from people who've done the work. Add your industry to your Access Pass and you can take specialist missions in your trade, paid per task.

How it works
From your trade to a paid mission
When you get your Access Pass, step 4 asks about your work: your industry, your role, your years of experience, and whether you hold a licence or certification for it. That's a yes or no. We never ask for licence numbers, ID or your date of birth when you sign up.
When a lab posts a mission that needs your trade, we match it to trainers with the right experience. We check your licence or certification before you take a mission that depends on it. Missions are paid per task, from $1, and specialist work sits in the higher drops. See pay per task. Rates are estimates, and we don't promise income.
No trade? You can still train robots with your game skills. Start in the skill arenas.
FAQ
Training AI with your trade
Can I get paid to train AI without knowing how to code?
Yes. You don't write code or label text. Robotics companies need examples of skilled people doing real work: driving, flying, packing, cooking. You show the robot how it's done, and each task is paid.
Which industries can join?
Driving, aviation, marine, construction, farming, warehousing, manufacturing, food service, healthcare and labs, and home trades. If yours isn't listed, pick the closest one and describe your role.
Do I need to prove my licence to sign up?
No. At sign-up we only ask whether you hold a licence or certification, as a yes or no. We check it before you take a mission that depends on it. We never ask for licence numbers, ID or your date of birth when you sign up.
How much do industry missions pay?
Every mission is paid per task, from $1, and shows its pay before you accept it. Specialist industry work sits in the higher drops. Rates are estimates, market rates can fluctuate, and we don't promise income.
